The official opening party of 50 Top Pizza & Mammafiore’s Pizza Week.

Four-handed menu with a chef of great relevance in Barcelona: Paolo Casagrande, chef of Lasarte Barcelona with 3 Michelin stars.

Collaboration for the “sweet” with the Best Chocolatier of Spain in 2021: Saray Ruiz. Paired with one of the most important cavas in Catalonia Arts Collecta – Codorniu’s premium cava.

Live music band and raffle among top consumers.

Event closed to a group of journalists

A workshop to share with journalists and food influencers the wonderful art of making pizza. They will be able to test their kneading skills, their talent in combining ingredients and balancing with the shovel in front of the oven. They will be able to propose their personal recipes and dare to try them out.

Guests will receive a welcome kit.

Prize for the winner: Dinner for two at Parking Pizza.

Plants&Pizza Fest

Gardening Session

11.00am-1.00pm

Workshop Family&Kids: the participants will plant some of the herbs and vegetables that will be used on the pizzas. Each participant will take home a small potted plant, just like the ones they helped to plant during the session.

Picnic Time

1.00pm-6.00pm

A special picnic experience after the gardening session. Signature pizzas will be served in harmony with the plants around them. Picnic Area with straw bales/tablecloths/flowers and plants to eat there.

Garden Party – Drinks Trolley and DJ Set

3.00pm-6.00pm

DJ Hanakito, from Tokyo,will be spinning a mix of balearic music, tropical disco, funk to set the vibe. Delicious infused drinks made with the finest floral and herbal ingredients and a gin customized for the occasion will be prepared.
